Coach Chad Cook


Chad Cook played Division I basketball on a full scholarship. He was a member of the "All Rookie" team in the Mid Eastern Athletic Conference before transferring to Augusta State University, where he played basketball under a full scholarship and received an undergraduate degree in Business/Finance.

Most recently, Coach Cook was the head Junior Varsity coach and assistant Varsity coach for Curtis Baptist School in the 2008-2009 school year. Prior to that, he coached the Augusta Metros and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Augusta AAU basketball teams for ten years, leading them to numerous state and super regional championships and competing on a national stage.

Coach Cook also was instrumental in the formation of Heritage Academy Middle school (grades 5th - 8th) in the 2003 - 2004 school year. There he taught math and English, as well as, coached boys and girls basketball teams, performed administrative duties, and drove the fund raising efforts. Coach Cook is currently an investment analyst.
