I am truly blessed to have had the opportunity to be home educated. It takes a loving, caring, and patient parent to home educate their child. My parent's constant persistence to make me strive to be a better man means so much to me and I am glad I had the privilege of spending quality time with my family. These years of being home educated have been exciting because I have had the opportunity to play my two favorite sports. The first one, which is my true passion, is baseball, which I plan on playing in college. The second is basketball, which I also enjoy participating in. I appreciate Coach Valdez, Coach Wachman and Coach Cook for investing in my life. Thank you. Because of them and my parents, opportunities have been given to me.

I plan on furthering my education at Augusta State University where I have been offered the chance to play baseball at the college level.

It's often said life is about choices. As a young child, I was blessed in the choices my parents made regarding home schooling. Thanks mom and dad for all the character and support you gave me through my education. I have pictures to "tell the tale" of a rambunctious toddler holding a bat and ball, golf club, basketball, football, and anything else I could imagine. As I grew, it became obvious I couldn't compete in public school sporting events because of schooling choices; so again thanks to my parents for all the "travel ball" you made possible so I could enjoy my passion -- Baseball!

Thanks be to God for enriching my spiritual life while honing my athletic skills with the blessings of talented Christian coaches such as Coach Angel of the Cyclones, Coach Valdez with the Crusaders, and pitching coach Auggie, who is also with the Crusaders. With their help, I continually aspire to become a better person, student, athlete, and Christian. I also aspire to make them proud by playing baseball in college and maybe one day coaching.

A big thank you to Eagle Sports for the dream and vision to provide athletics for home schooled children and an opportunity to play basketball my senior year with my friends and Coach Chad.
