Welcome to Augusta Eagles Swimming
We are excited to offer homeschoolers the opportunity to participate in middle school & high school swim team season from October - January! Swimmers will need to know the 4 strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, & Freestyle) and be able to swim at least 50m.
Information
- Open to 5th graders thru 12th graders
- 4th grade siblings (age 9 by Sept. 1st) will be allowed to join as junior members (will not swim in meets)
- Swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend 3 of the 4 practices per week.
- Our costs per swimmer are: $286 5th-12th grade, $150 4th grade

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday.
6:00 am - 8:00 am

Rules & Regulations

This form must be completed for all athletes new to competing in our league. List "Augusta Eagles" as the GAPPS school you are applying to compete with. List the age and grade of your student as of 9/1/2022. A parent should sign as "Parent," and we will sign as "Head of School" and "Athletic Director."

This form must be completed and submitted BEFORE an athlete attends practice. Physicals are good for 12 months from the date of the exam.
- We only need you to submit the page where the doctor signs off on your child being fit to participate. You do not need to submit the rest of the sheets to us with your child's health history on them.
A Note on Sports Physicals:
If you can't get an appointment with your regular doctor, many urgent care clinics will do sports physicals on a walk in basis for around $25.

- Copy of Declaration of Intent to Homeschool (DOI)
