AUGUSTA EAGLES FINANCIAL AID REQUEST FORM

Please use the registration link to request financial aid for your athlete to participate in one of the Augusta Eagles Sports programs.

Once you complete and submit the application, it will be reviewed by the Augusta Eagles Executive Board, and you will be notified of the decision.

You will still be required to pay the $30 Eagles Membership (Registration) Fee

This is an application for a scholarship to participate in one of the Augusta Eagles Sports programs.
